1. Who we are

This website is operated by Pa.Se Educational & Consulting Services, 53 Georgiou Griva Digeni, 1st floor, Office 3, 6046 Larnaca, Cyprus (“we”, “us”), which is the data controller for the personal data described below. 2. What data we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number, the service and destination you are interested in, and your message. If you email or call us directly, we receive the details you share.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a consultation. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.

4. Who receives it

Your enquiry is delivered by email through our web hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf. We do not share it with universities or other third parties without your explicit agreement.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for the duration of our cooperation and any period required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus (www.dataprotection.gov.cy).

7. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google.
